Who we are

Authentic Hue is a personalized color analysis service operated by Jes Victor. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at info@authentichue.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• The service you are interested in
• Anything you write in the open-ended questions on the form

If you go on to book a service, you will also share photographs (draped selfies) and questionnaire responses with us so that we can complete your analysis.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, tell you about our current availability, send you a payment link, and deliver the service you purchase. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your photographs

Photographs you send for analysis are used solely to determine your season and build your custom palette. We will never publish, share, or use your photographs for marketing or examples without asking you first and getting your explicit permission.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Service providers we rely on

This website is hosted by Netlify, and inquiry form submissions are stored in Netlify’s form dashboard and forwarded to our email. We use Google Workspace for email. Each of these providers processes your information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at info@authentichue.com and we will take care of it.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date below.
